Agreement
By making a reservation with Little Tootie Eco Retreat, the Hirer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions described below.
Bookings & Payment
Unless a deposit is received, we reserve the right to reissue the booking dates to a third party. The required deposit is 50% of the total booking cost and must be paid to confirm the reservation. A further 25% is due 60 days prior, and the remaining 25% at 30 days from the reservation. Bookings under $1,000 require full payment upon confirmation.
Bank details will be sent to you via email upon booking. Payment can be made via cash or electronic funds transfer.
A security bond is required seven days before arrival and will be returned within seven days of check-out, provided there is no damage, breakages, or additional cleaning required:
- Main House: $500
- Cabin: $350
- Entire retreat: $1,000
Access is only permitted to dwellings that are hired. Using spaces without a reservation may result in additional charges applied to the security deposit.
Linen
Little Tootie Eco Retreat does not provide linen (bath towels and sheets) in the main house, cabin or tiny houses. It is the guest's responsibility to provide their own linen. Linen hire is available — please enquire when booking. Cost is $15 per single bed and $20 per queen bed.
Prices
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice before a confirmed booking and deposit is paid.
Minimum Stay Policy
- 2-night minimum stay
- 3-night minimum on long weekends
Cancellation Policy
Little Tootie Eco Retreat will not be held responsible for loss of booking where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions or circumstances outside of our control.
If your booking is cancelled and your party receives a partial refund, you forfeit your right to your booking and dates cannot be carried over to another date.
- Cancellation 90+ days before reservation: 30% cancellation fee of the overall total
- Cancellation within 60 days of reservation: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation within 30 days of reservation: 100% cancellation fee
Little Tootie caters for groups and retreats that are booked well in advance. Late cancellations are difficult to fill, therefore full payment is still required if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the reservation.
Partial cancellation of dwellings from the initial reservation will result in the applicable nightly rate being charged in line with the same cancellation schedule above.
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, or other circumstances outside our control, we will assess the situation in line with NSW Department of Fair Trading guidelines to determine refunds or postponements.
Postponement / Change of Date
Date changes are permitted only if requested more than 90 days before the reservation. After this date, changes are at the discretion of management. A booking cannot be refunded if a client wishes to change dates; postponements to future dates will be charged at the rates applicable at that time.
Repairs & Emergency Work
Please highlight any non-emergency repairs to the manager as soon as possible. We endeavour to carry out repairs and emergency work within 24 hours, though this may take longer due to tradesperson availability.
